Meet the Team

Dr. Mary Vadas

Dr. Mary Vadas is a graduate of St. John’s school in Spencerport, Cardinal Mooney High School, Niagara University and the New England College of Optometry in Boston. Aside from travels during her studies, she has been a lifelong resident of Spencerport. Now the Dr. and her husband have three children and have returned to their home to stay.

Dr. Megan Hart

Dr. Megan Hart is a Rochester native who earned her Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY University at Buffalo. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, where she was inducted into the Beta Sigma Kappa Academic Honor Society, the Tomb and Key Honor Society and became a life-long member of the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society. Her fourth-year externships brought her to the VA hospital in Rhode Island, a multi-disciplinary practice in central Florida, and to work alongside a contact lens specialist outside of Atlanta. She then pursued additional training and recently completed an ocular disease residency at the Cleveland VA medical center where she developed a passion for geriatric eye care and specialty contact lenses. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, cooking, spending time with her dog, and traveling. She is very excited to join Towne and Country Eye Care Associates and is now accepting new patients!

Dawn

Office Manager

Dawn is a wife and mother of two with over 25 years of Multi-Unit Retail Management experience. She joined our team in 2017. Dawn opens the line of communication between patients, customers, and businesses to get projects done. Dawn has experience in management consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her Family. Especially if the destination is Disney World.
